Writer’s Anonymous Written by Xception

My flows completely out of control my pen’s gone crazy
It leaks and battles my soul Uniball obey me
They catch writer’s block, I got writer’s arthritis
Sink into the ink when the light is just like this
And I just might light this, nicotine is killing me
Of course I lucky strike it, its my only break from killing beats
I’m killing trees too its not the chainsaws
It’s the paper I use to rearrange bars – bars
I’m trapped behind em if I lose my tool
That why I pack it in my pocket with perfected cool – I’m cool
On ghost writer’s and your sing alongs
Its like its one verse and rappers playing ping pong
And this is Wimbledon my pen is not for simpletons
But blazing instrumentals intercontinental gentleman
Entering the zone splintering microphones
Pull em out the speakers with tweezers make believers
Out of doubters haters and teachers
Didn’t want me out the womb didn’t want me to breathe first
But this is a rebirth do your research
This pen been in my hand since the Bible was reworked
Now we work for head jerks and props
As I script another verse with my pen on the spot

Me and my pen go back like old friends
Holding her before I learned to hold hands
Molding her into the role to mold me
Into the man to scroll it so freely
Soul so completely whole when me and the beat meet
Me and the beat beef like we in the beat street
But then my pen bring peace in the form of poems
Formed from a swarm of wrongs like we were both born with songs
I popped out with the pen the horns were on
Wrist suspended with no dream deferred mentioned
Couldn’t use a knife have to saw through the tension
Two digits up between the ring and the bird
In silence waiting just to bring the word
For slaves who couldn’t use it how I got this music
Still proving to get the point moving
But now we got our hands on it we can’t lose it
Turn the alphabet beautiful Langston Hughes it
Fuse it together with letters and elements
Setters of the relevance bet us if you smell a scent
Of weakness, be cool and keep it
Believe it if you see it
That me and this pen share the best kept secret
